Terms of Service

Must be 18 years or older to receive a reading.

Services are not intended to substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Clients must give 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If a cancellation is less than 48 hours there may be a rescheduling fee incurred.

When you make an appointment it is prepaid and non-refundable.

There are occasions but not frequent when I for whatever reason am unable to connect. If that is the case I will stop the reading and either reschedule or provide you with a refund. Within the first 15 minutes if you yourself feel like I am not making the connection stop me and I will do the same. Either reschedule or refund you. Once we have went past the 15 minute mark please understand a refund will no longer be possible.
